The complex has 3 separate buildings, each with its own pool area, barbecue facility, and tennis courts. Each building has one and two bedroom units with views to the ocean and the backyard. Centrally situated at Kihei and across from Charlie Young Beach; one of Maui’s finest beaches. Maui has named the best island in the country, with daily temperatures of about 80 degrees F. Season (26.7C) to 90 degrees F. (32.2C) in summertime. Our bright south coast, with warm balmy days and cool tropical evenings, provides quests. The temperature is typically low, and the average rainfall is less than 20 inches. Our shoreline is graced with white sandy beaches and perfect underwater visibility; enjoy long walks next to the dry Ocean or go swimming in our bay. New shopping and eating are often easily situated next to the condominiums.
