Nani Kai Hale is a six-story building directly located on Maui’s gorgeous Sugar Sand. Their south-central position is ideal for visitors wanting to discover all of Maui in a comfortable way.
All vacation condos are beach front or ocean view, fully equipped one or two bedroom units, all with two full baths. With 18 individually owned vacation condos we are sure to have one that will fit your taste and budget. Each condo is unique, but all are only steps from the beach.
Relax in a chaise lounge, hear marine whales frolic, or swim in the heated tub. See the sunset from your lanai or join other guests at our bbq and dining area at the beach front. Beach front dining is simple and pleasurable with three gas grills and a patio with tables and chairs.
Sugar Beach is a sheltered bay where beach lovers can surf, play or walk along 6 miles of beaches, only a few yards from our doorway. Dine or shop in Kihei, Wailea, and Lahaina, visit the volcano or golf of Haleakala within a few miles at world-class courses.
