It is situated next to the peak of Kaanapali Golf Estates. Many of the residences have excellent views of Lana’i and Moloka’i from the ocean, mountains, and outer islands. The Summit is a relatively well-established neighborhood, since most of the lots have been built up, although a range of empty lots are still accessible to construct custom homes.
