Located directly across from Kamaole Beach Park II, Maui Banyan couldn’t get more of a pleasant and pristine beach access. The complex is situated across the street from the beach and not exactly on it, which is potentially an advantage as the complex is not directly hit by saline sea breezes which, over time, affect the buildings ‘ exterior and could require condo associations to carry out special assessments. Different experiences await you as you can watch cloud play across Haleakala Island, take a snorkeling ride to Molokini or check your skills at any of the world-class golf courses in South Maui just down the road in Wailea or Makena.
