Wailea Ekolu is a private-owned Group of 148 residential-resort condominium units. The residents of Ekolu make exclusive use of the two pools and barbeque grills. Information about island sports and a full library is available in the Pavilion adjacent to the Office for the residents reading pleasure. The manager resides on the property and his office and services are the exclusive benefit of the owners.
